Individuals coping with grief often feel isolated. Bereavement groups allow those who have lost a loved one to share their struggles with others who have experienced similar loss.
Grief is always painful, but sometimes it feels like someone turns up the volume on our grief during the holidays. VOICES is offering a virtual workshop to explore and discuss our personal experiences of loss this holiday season.
