First Responders Honored During 9/11 Tributes

A series of memorial observances to remember the terrorist attacks on Sept 11, 2001 were held during the Mesquite City Council meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 12. Each of these brief memorials paid a tribute to first responders; both those who came to help on that tragic day 22 years ago, and those who still answer the call locally today. More.

9/11 Mobile Event Ceremony and Exhibit

All are welcome at this community ceremony as we honor the legacy of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. The exhibit features artifacts from the World Trade Center and guided tours from FDNY Firefighters who responded to Ground Zero on September 11th. More.
