I'm sincerely sorry for your lost. I'm proud to know that such a heroic man lived under the same flag as myself and I wish the best for his family friends and close relatives. May he rest in peace.

I'm an Irish woman living in a small rural town in young NSW Australia.I have just finished watching the last episode of rescue me..in the final scene Neil Leavys name on the flag stood out to me.With respect i wanted to let you know i was moved by his brave actions like everyone on that day and say a prayer in his name and for his family..I just wanted to say someone on the other side of the world was thinking of your son and his brave actions today.god bless.

I am very sorry for your lose. It was terrible accident that should not happens. Now it is 10th anniversary of your lose I am very sorry and I am sure that you are in better place. We will not forget you sir.
