I work at KCADC and new John years ago when he was intern in my department. He was a great guy and very easy to get along with. I remember he came in to work one day and told us he was going to New York. He was so excited for this next step in his career and to work in one of the Twin Towers. As we sent him off we were very proud and excited for him.
Now, every time I think of 9/11 I think of John and the bright young man whose time was cut short.
We can't bring him and the other victims back, but we can always remember.
