My Darling Boy,
I've just now found this guestbook on the 9/11 Living Memorial - have always used the Guest Legacy that was sent to us when we lost you .... here it is almost ten years later and still the pain and the loss of you is uppermost in our beings -they say time heals all wounds not so my love -your loss is felt more with each passing day each holiday that finds that empty chair still empty each family occasion that occurs and your laughter and smiling face is not there to share it with us - the hole in our hearts never heals it is an emptiness that can never be filled ...you pray for a level of peace with which to go on and GOD grants that but not a day goes by that we don't think of you listen for that morning phone call or that hey mom i'm home as you came bursting through the door... our heartache only grows with each passing day and we pray that you are at peace with all those that you loved and loved you ... take care my love - rest and know how much you are loved ....Luv Mom and Dad xoxo

Biography:

Michael A. Tamuccio was a true guy's guy, which is why his friends knew that Kathleen Horner was "the one" when the couple showed up at a Halloween party in Raggedy Ann and Andy costumes.

This was a man who had dressed as a bottle of Budweiser the previous year, who was a World War II buff and once an Eagle Scout. A man who, as a student at Fordham University, wrestled down a mugger, grabbed his weapon (a sock filled with quarters) and then used the change to do laundry for the next few weeks.

A vice president for equities trading at Fred Alger Management, Mr. Tamuccio, 37, was known for helping others find work on Wall Street. If the job did not work out, he told them, we will still be friends.

Mr. Tamuccio was thrilled with the view from his office on the 93rd floor of 1 World Trade Center. But his favorite lookout point was White Face Mountain, in the Adirondacks, where he and Kathleen, his wife since 1996, would go to ski, and to marvel at the rugged beauty of the mountains and swirling snow.
