I don't think I can ever forget the beautiful Palombo family. Maria was a classmate of mine at PS 154 & I remember everyone's bravery and strength in the time when few people in our nation could muster that. God Bless your family and may the memory of Mr. Frank Palombo live on.

Frank, you gave off yourself for the people of our city. May you now rest in eternal peace with God in heaven my fellow crusader. Be at peace in God's gentle arms. May your family be console by his healing spirit. ALT.

My nephew became a firefighter in Oklahoma City 2 years ago because of the brave men and women such as your lost hero, Frank Palombo of Ladder 105. Every year, the OKC Fire Department holds OKC 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb and this is his second year to complete this tribute by climbing 110 flights of stairs representing the height of the World Trade Center buildings while in full uniform gear. Every fire fighter proudly wears a badge of a brave hero that lost his life that day in the service of those in need. This year John Ramsay (my nephew) had the extreme honor of wearing Fire Fighter Palombo's badge and he wore it with pride and honor. God bless the Palombo family and please know that your Husband, Father, friend and proud member of Ladder 105 will never be forgotten. That his bravery made such an impression on a 7 year old boy that he grew up to take the torch and run with it, never forgetting to look back on the men such as the emergency workers that faced everyone’s worst fear that day and ran into the breach without a second's hesitation.
