I remember Denease as a dedicated guard with an engaging smile and a cheerful and helpful attitude. She would be the first person I would see when entering the WTC from the parking garage and no matter what my mood she would interject something encouraging and insightful. She acted that way with everyone and touched so many lives every day and is sorely missed.
