Hello,

I am a student at Paola High School and I did a 9/11 project on Jeffery Donald Bittner and after I had done the research on him I finally realized the loss that his family and friends went through and i have a lot of sympathy to all of his family and friends and I personally could never imagine losing someone so close to me so I couldn't imagine what it must be like losing someone so close to you. Anyway I would just like to say I'm very, very sorry for your loss and my condolences.
