I felt compelled to write in...I only met Elvira once over the phone which happen to be on september 10 2001. I worked in HR at the time and happen to be going through an insurance crisis. Elvira was my insurance rep who helped calm me down and work through the issue I was having. I actually had sent in an urgent package directed to her to arrive the next day. She was so helpful and assured me she would handle everything personally and would call the next day to confirm she had received everything necessary. Unfortunately the call never came. When I heard she had perished along with so many other innocent souls that day I was so sadden. For years I could actually hear her voice in my head. From the brief interaction I had with her it was easy to tell that she had a lot of integrity and took pride in her work. I pray her family cherishes the memories they had with her and may she RIP.
