To the family. Fate would have it that I believe Carlos was in the US Army in Germany at one point in his time. If true please contact me. I may have worked for him at that time. If true then that would mean that I ate breakfast with him and his spouse while in Germany at the Officers Club. You should further know that he worked for my Dad on his final day.
