Located outside the El Dorado Conference Center in El Dorado, Arkansas, this memorial features a piece World Trade Center steel set on a granite base. A granite archway is inscribed with the names of the four Arkansan victims of the attacks. An opening in one of the granite walls of the arch orients visitors in the direction of the three attack sites. Also featured are an inscribed black granite slab and a flagpole.

The 700-pound v-shaped piece of steel, from Tower 1 of the fallen World Trade Center in New York, will be incorporated into a permanent September 11 Memorial at the El Dorado Conference Center.
