While grief is always painful, it sometimes feels intensified during this time of year. VOICES is offering a virtual workshop to explore and discuss our personal experiences of loss.

The presentation will consider what makes the holidays difficult and examine ways to help cope with the pain of grief. Participants will learn strategies they can use to continue on the journey of hope and healing during the holidays.
