New York City has used DNA testing to identify another victim of the Sept. 11 attacks, nearly 18 years after terrorists flew two airliners into the World Trade Center, officials said Monday. The victim, a man whose name has not been released at the request of his family, marks the 1,643rd person identified in the decades-long effort by the city medical examiner’s office to identify all 2,753 people reported missing after the Twin Towers collapsed.
