Is it OK to use the last words of a bereft mother's son in a film about a tragedy without her consent, even if that tragedy touched us all?

A Connecticut woman, still mourning the tragic loss of her oldest child in the 9/11 attacks, is asking this very question after the recording of his last phone call to her was used in last year's controversial epic "Zero Dark Thirty" without her consent. More.
