Director of Communications and Donor Relations

Voices of September 11th (VOICES) is a 501c3 which supports those impacted by traumatic events, commemorates the lives lost, promotes national preparedness and assists communities in preparing for and responding to events. Acts of mass violence, terrorism and natural disasters occur regularly, impacting thousands of individuals each year. Communities are sometimes unprepared to respond and often do not have the resources to meet the ongoing needs of those impacted. To address this, VOICES provides long-term victims' services and assists communities by sharing our expertise and lessons learned. In 2014, VOICES launched its Center of Excellence for Community Resilience to assist communities impacted by other tragedies. Center initiatives include curriculum development and training, conferences, research and dissemination of information on mental health and public policy.
